To me Jesse had all it takes to play AFL, except footy smarts. Hope he develops them over time.

Didn't want to see him delisted. Was worth another year, but the club has what seem like good plans that didn't fit with Jesse.

I didn't see much of him over the last three years but from what I did see I thought he looked vanilla as anything. Wish him all the best but I doubt we're looking at another O'Shea here.

Palmer would play the occasional good qtr or half in games for the Maggies, but he would often go missing for long periods.
He didn't get enough of the ball even in sanfl games, so it was no great surprise to me that he was delisted.
Good luck to him at the northern blues, but I suspect the VFL is probably his level and we won't see him on an AFL list again.
