He’s a better forward than a mid and most of the vision from this year he is playing as a mid, think Stevie J that’s who Flanders reminds me of.I’ll admit that I’m not a guru when it comes to the draft and I haven’t followed the players as closely as previous years (as I was under the assumption we’d be moving on Pick 9)... but I just don’t get the love for Flanders.
Somebody change my mind, quickly.
While I’m at it with the rudimentary questions:
Can somebody point out the key differences in ability between Pickett and Taylor?

draw your curtains then......
I'd love to select Kemp on his potential alone.
His point of difference from what I can tell is his burst of speed (which may be a question mark following his ACL), and his versatility to play across the ground.
Having said that, I would really like to try and get another pick somewhere between 18-22 to be in the range to take a dynamic type of player like Pickett (get in before Adelaide).
Unfortunately for us it’s looking like Pickett is going to go in the first round now as he has been invited to the opening night of the draft, apparently Bulldogs are right into him and might take him at 13 which is the pick everyone thought they where going to use on Weightman but they obviously rate Pickett as the better small forward, which I do also as he has way more upside imo, just reminds me so much of Cyril the way he moves and plays and the damage he can do with minimal possessions, his hands and footy smarts are elite imo and he has been underrated up until now. Which is bad news for us and especially for me as he was my favourite player for us in the draft and the perfect Eddie understudy. Let’s hope we split 9 with another club maybe Geelong for 14 and 24 but if the Dogs take him at 13 it won’t matter. Not happy
Here’s a left field idea swap #9 to Adel for future #1st #23 and #28.
Use #23 on Dow
Use #28 De Koning
Bringing the 2 brothers together and extra trade bait for next year
The thing that has made me double look Kemp is his hands. They are much better than I’d realised. I love a non fumbler. A non fumbling quick 192cm player with good skills....I'd love to select Kemp on his potential alone.

Like, is he actually Patrick Dangerfield and we don’t realise it yet??

Don’t reckon his kicking is that flash from what I’ve seen.
Love the work guys.
We're in a really good position in this years draft. It's so even that anyone could fall to our pick. Stephens and Serong could come into consideration too.
However, there's one player no one on our board talks about and that's Fisher McAsey.
We all know SOS loves a KPD and he may well see McAsey as a long term replacement for Jones. This would give McAsey a good 3-4 years to develop in the VFL and come in ready made once Jones retires.
I’m warming to Serong. Think his mix of forward and mid suits us perfectly
to learn off eddie betts is a bonus. Strong leader is Caleb too
ACL scares me a bit, but there's room for Kemp & a play on Henry tooSerong seems to be sliding. I am no expert but he isn’t my preferred option.
If we keep the pick, give me Stephens or Ash and I will be very happy.
