The both do look amazing in the Dees strip... Like it was just meant to be, however I do think both would look far better and sexxier in a Port jumper or Port Vee...

The difference is, D. Martin has poise, sublime skills off either foot, & elite decision making abilities....

My point was, that its pretty rare to find a player who has all those attributes plus 'pace'...

Dustin Martin is an exceptional talent. I'm really torn between him and Trengove. Jack is dominating now, but does he have the same roof as Martin?? Who knows. Either way, we're gonna get a tremendous footballer..

Watts did 2.82 fyi. My point was, that its a significant result considering Martin's rated as the best kick and decision maker in the draft, and our no. 1 focus in this draft is to improve our 'kicking and decision making'...

I'm not being a smartarse just stating that 2.89 for a 20m sprint is not elite for a midfielder. I really dont care who we take with 1 & 2, I've seen about 1-2 games from each of these players which is not enough to make the decision, I'm sure our recruiters have seen just about every game all these guys have played for the last year or 2 and would be much better off to make a decision.

I'm not trying to put Martin down or anything, all I hope is that whoever we take with 1 & 2 end up being superstars don't care whether its Scully, Butcher, Martin, Trengove, Morabito, Rohan as long as they become superstars playing for the Dees

Also heard that Carey was doing 3.20's for the 20m Sprint 12 months ago at junior SACA training. Now is in the top 10% at the draft camp.

If anyone can get a hold of the under 18's Grandfinal this weekend it will be one worth watching. Glenelg have qualoty on every line and a few blokes should go on the AFL football within the next two years. Port Adelaide have a few stars also. One of the most exciting 17 year olds in the country, Jamie Solly, Will be tagged as a Full Forward, will go for a run on the ball and loose the tag and then head back to FF full of confidence. Kicked 10 goals in the last two finals matches. And his back is finally settled down from the previous buldging disc.
