Watched some of the player highlights on youtube, Players Connor Rozee and Curtis Taylor are both similar sized, highly skilled and play up as half forwards with Curtis being a lot stronger overhead.
For those who followed the AFL championships what is your assessment of the two both projected to be mid to late 1st rounders?.

Rate Rozee as the better option, but Taylor has shown some inside mid qualities
Rose is currently playing SANFL seniors are is acquitting himself well. I see him as a Hayward type that will spend some time through the middle. Think he will test well come the combine

I get many of us think it's demeaning to be forced to ask for a PP (aka fluffy bunny) but it makes sense.
You lose your job and you want to get the dole, you gotta fill in centrelink paperwork.
Your house burns down, you gotta lodge a claim with your insurer.
You want help in this world, you gotta ask for it.
Would be weirder if the AFL just handed out free picks whenever they felt sorry for a team.

It's tough to hold your head up (as a club) and be optimistic about the future, then go and beg like pesents.
Can't the AFL just call relevant clubs in for a meeting?
What's with the begging bit? Just fill out the required paperwork, deliver it (tell them it's for a friend), calmly walk out the door......then run!
Seriously though, we should apply. If we get one great. If not, too bad, we continue on regardless.

Unlikely Dogs will rise unless that smack the bejesus out of us or beat a coating Richmond in round 23.
Crows will rise a spot if they beat North and us, two spots if they smack both. Possibly no spots if North run them close and the Bombers win one.

23 and 26 will probably get pushed out to 26 and 29, leaving us with 1,20,26,29.
I know I wouldn't trade 1,20,26 and 29 for 11,13,19 and 28 (picks Rogers took to the draft) so we will actually go into the draft with better top end picks (top 30) than what we did over a three year period of when Rogers was in charge.

Neither team will rise. Dogs have us and richmond and are 4 points and percentage off moving past fremantle. Adelaide have north and us and are 4 points and percentage away from moving so they'll need to beat both and hope essendon cant beat port or richmond.
