Not only are 24 & 25 great in their own right, back-to-back picks (if we keep them) are huge. The flexibility they grant you is immense, perhaps even more so with live trading coming in.

Additionally, our willingness to trade our third rounder appears inspired. This is not viewed as a deep draft - the quality is concentrated at the top. They say you can throw a blanket over them after the first 1-2 rounds. Looking forward to another masterful trade & draft performance from SOS.

Ladder and Draft picks after Round 23, home and away season over. I will continue to post the updated draft picks after each round of the finals, and during the trade period.

Great work this season Trueblue4Life .
Followed this thread closely every week as it delivered a much needed boost in morale in an otherwise very tough year.
Much appreciated :thumbsu:

Yep, we effectively traded Gibbs for #6, and got a free #30 from the Dogs when all was said and done.

No, the order is right

How does the Hawks finish higher than the Giants?
and
How do the Swans finish higher than the Cats?

The Swans were flogged and even the above table has the Swans % as being way lower than the Cats. What am i missing here?
The Giants lost by 10 points and the Hawks by 35.

Hawks made top 4.
Final positions are ranked on where you finished in the Home & Away.

Something still isn't right as your above statement isn't true.

2016 Sydney finished top with the dogs 7th by your statement the dogs should of had pick 12 and the Swans 1, yet the Swans ended up with pick 18 and the dogs 19.

Dogs won the flag, they finished 1st.
Ladder position at the end of the home and away determines ranking, but where you finish in finals determines where you actually finish.

This year, Sydney (6) and Geelong (8) lose in Elimination Finals therefore Sydney finish 7th, Geelong finish 8th.
Hawthorn (4) and GWS (7) lose in Semi Finals, therefore Hawthorn finish 5th,, GWS finish 6th.

The two teams who lose this week will finish 3rd and 4th. Their ladder position at the end of H&A will determine the order.

Cheers.

For whatever reason i thought it was based on how much you lost by.
