The search is on, it's happening as we speak. All Clubs have all types of people attending games, we have Joff, Carlton have Barb, the Doggies have Irene ect ect. Sometimes we get this type incident caught on film and yes it is embarrassing but we accept this tool and I am sure he will be presented to the media by Ed in a managed way.

I'd suggest TFS this week.

It was alright when every Richmond supporter in the country was tarred with the same brush as that bloke (who was not even a Tigers supporter) that spat on Frawley....how does it feel?

FWIW, this goose should be banned for life. Not only does he give his club and all its fans a bad name, it gives the whole football brand a kick in the pants.
 
Yes, yes... one guy does it so all Collingwood supporters are ferals. Grow up children.

I hope they find the guy and he gets banned.

why would you need to search for him and need publicity?
The cheer squad would know exactly who he is and should have kicked him out the moment it happened or as soon as it came to light, with the club also refunding his membership money with a note saying take your business elsewhere. This should already have been dealt with.And the club should put the cheer squad on notice that if they want to continue to receive club support, they better clean up their act.
Total bunch of self obsessed over rated w***ers.

I dont look at the colour of a persons scarffe when i rate a person a moron. i dont discriminate.

Maybe you don't, but there were many of your fans that were hanging it on ours, labelling them as spitters etc after that particular incident. I wonder if they will be opening their mouths now?
 
It is a shame this happened as most Pie supporters are intelligent, well rounded, knowledgeable football fans…

It just takes one bad one and everyone is tarred.:mad:

That'll be nearly as bad as the incident itself Tess.

Last thing this needs is a free kick to the Collingwood Football Club surely.

This sort of matter is the sort of thing that is handled in house under normal circumstances.

Statement from Collingwood CEO Gary Pert
The Collingwood Football Club would like to confirm that the person shown on television footage spitting at Carlton player Brendan Fevola is not a member of the Collingwood cheer squad and in fact is not even a member of the Collingwood Football Club.

The individual concerned was asked to leave the official cheer squad area by cheer squad members before the incident occurred but refused.

The Collingwood Football Club strongly opposes the behaviour of the individual and if the findings of our investigation were that one of our members was responsible, that membership would have been terminated instantly

Did you see Robert Walls look down his nose at the Collingwood supporter on ON THE COUCH….

Just another chance for Robbie to have a crack at the mighty Pie Army.

He was as pumped up as a peacock in bloom over the Blues win as well.

The spitting incident was the chery on top of the pie to make his day even more fantastic.
