I have to admit I much preferred your Daicos family avatar. Mayne's hairstyle is dreadful and facially he resembles the worst of Buckley. There's something wistfully nostalgic yet excitingly futuristic about the young Daicoses. There's none of that in the stodgy chiseled features of Mayne. But to each his own.

And I still reckon from close observation that Dunne is no more than 186 cm, but perhaps his spine functions like an extension ladder and creates an extra 6 cm of height when required.

I just don't see that he has $500000 a year in him. A player on that kind of money demands selection week after week. Mayne looked a limited sort of player in the pre-season competition.

I think I would have gone with Dunn rather than Shade and Mayne over Goldsack. But I wouldn't go to battle over it. Still close to the best we've got at the moment. We'll be much better with Eliott, Wells and De Goey back in. We'll need them soon that's for sure.
