Maynard will be a Demon next season. Bookmark it.
Yes yes yes
I hope so, does so much good whilst making so many bad decisions.Maynard will be a Demon next season. Bookmark it.
he's not that good - and its all Melb would offerSo you want to trade one of the best backline player's in the comp for a Dee's forward bust?
No, Dees wont offer the world because they know they can get him for free in 12 months time.Wow thank god you don't have a afl list management job. Dee's will be running to the bank hoping your signing off on this amazing deal for them.
Absolutely no idea if Weideman will be part of any deal. Just know Maynard will be a Dee.I hope so, does so much good whilst making so many bad decisions.
I've been calling for his delisting for years, a trade is the best outcome.
On that note, I wonder what would be coming back - Wideman?

Maynard would fill a big need for Melbourne (even if he makes errors), and Collingwood are chasing points for Nick Daicos while Melbourne have several picks in that 30s range good for points.
But I still struggle to see how this gets done unless Maynard sees things as untenable at Collingwood.
Weideman plus a pick or two I guess, but I donāt think heās much chop against AFL quality defenders and I think Collingwood also would see that.

Ill take maynard in a heartbeat, tough always gives his all.. really like himYou obviously don't watch many Collingwood games to make that assessment. The guy plays against quality small and taller forwards. That's how good he is, he can play on either.
No relation to Patrick Dangerfield, is he.?Rodney Maynard. View attachment 1162206

Why would they offer more than they have to?
It's far more likely that Maynard goes as a RFA, where the only compensation Collingwood would be getting back is based on the contract offered by Melbourne.
Doesn't Wideman coach the Suns?I hope so, does so much good whilst making so many bad decisions.

To think that the Weed once kicked four goals in a final. Thatās huge, thatās like double the amount of goals Richmond kick in a game. The weed is back at Casey Fields in the vfl this week burning off some pounds puffing away...
