Don't know exactly what happened but seemed to involve the guy being his usual self (drunk, sexist and abusive)

I have just been in the AFL site & the article in that says it happened at the AA awards monday.
Evidently the woman was an AFLPA employee & Elliott apologised to her, but they didn't say what he actually said or did.

Yep,the man is an obscenity - made it to the front page of this morning's "Age".
Apparently,he was so drunk that he mistakenly abused Damian Drum thinking he was Rob Kerr of the Player's Association after the "inappropriate behaviour" complaint was made by the female official.
Even one of Carlscum's most prominent supporters Tim Lane was asking on the ABC this morning how long the club has to put up with this behaviour!!
......and Carlscum supporters still wonder why their club is so loathed.

Dunno exactly what Elliott did do but it seemed to involve more than verbal abuse.
How would you like it if you went to a Black Tie function at West Lakes with your wife, only to have a drunk and slobbering Club President grope your wifes' **** (or whatever it was that he supposed to have done)
This is not just about using colourful language, its about abuse, and its unforgivable.

He should be touching his toes for the boys in the big house, instead of forcing himself on everyone.
It's time justice was served.
By the way, he is INCREDIBLY ugly up close - quite a shock - so I suppose there is some punishment. And, of course, not forgetting the ultimate judgment - there will be time spent in a warmer place.

The 'other' case involving Elliot revolves around a money trail ending in Switzerland. The trail has finally been revealed - hence Elliot's 'deal' where he would drop damages IF the NCA dropped all investigations. Err nice try !
The equation is this - knock off $80m and spend the next x years paying lawyers $2-3 m per year to run up spoiling defences. 20 years on you're still way ahead - except if you have a conscience and confess ( like his mate did ).
He should be on Jenny Jones with the lie detector - that would make for good viewing.

Fair enough Drakey, but I just didn't want this post to get off pigs arse topic, anyway it looks like the woman is going to take it further.
I went into the AFL site, but when I tried to read all of the article, I couldn't retrieve it so I'll try again later, or maybe someone else will have better luck reading it & let us know.

Finally managed to read the article.
The woman is going to take further action, it also said that reporters saw him touching & pinching other women at the function.
He also lit a cigarette, but Kouta asked him to put it out, so he threw it in an ice bucket.
