"The Chicago Cubs, who dismissed Dusty Baker after the season following four years as manager, have apparently zeroed in on his replacement. A Chicago Sun-Times report that surfaced on Saturday said that Lou Piniella -- former Yankees, Reds, Mariners and Devil Rays skipper -- could be hired as early as next week"
