You have the Sale in there and the french word for child is enfant - like out infant - which is also almost there.
So I am selling children - may lack the correct grammar but it's kind of there.
I still find it hard to believe the likes of Obama actually participated in this - it is too hard to envisage. Hillary and Bill on the other hand you can see are super weird. Bush Junior - mad as can be. But there is no denying something weird has been going on. Maybe the only way you get into high office now days some power group has to have compromising pictures of you. And maybe they don't have them on Trump which is why he is despised - cant control the nutter.
