I've never seen any video of it before but I have heard the audio several times. For example, this channel uses parts of it in the intro to all his videos. Starts at 1.17.

Edit: There is actually a snippet of video in there as well at 1.46. It's from CBSN and says "President Trump Rallies Supporters in Michigan".
