I'm a tad skeptical about some of the stuff in here, but if you wonder why there hasn't been many cases then you need to read about Marc Dutroux. Massive case in Belgium full of corruption by the police and court system, about a dozen dead witnesses. When high level politicians were recognised in rape videos, the lead judge was taken off the case, investigators taken off the case.
Probably explains why not much gets done when there are cover ups from what it seems are high level officials. Was also that documentary Conspiracy Of Silence (Franklin Cover up) which was pulled from the network just before it was about to air. About a paedophile network involving politicians in Nebraska I think. I still haven't seen it, but apparently fairly eye opening in regards to how many politicians etc are involved.
