Easy. Mainstream/pro west is truth.

No, anything that the Kremlin are actively promoting via Troll farms is likely to be fake.

Pizzagate, Qanon, Flat earth, Microchipped vaccines, Chemtrails, Stolen elections, Sov Cit rubbish and literally every conspiracy featuring the Jews as the evil masterminds behind it all (so ****ing pretty much every single conspiracy) are all fake.

They're just bullshit spread by people to convince vulnerable people that they have some kind of special place in the world, as the tiny minority that 'understand the truth' while the rest of the world (the sane people) are 'sheeple'.

Studies have linked belief in conspiracy theories to distrust of authority and political cynicism. Some researchers suggest that conspiracist ideation—belief in conspiracy theories—may be psychologically harmful or pathological, and that it is correlated with lower analytical thinking, low intelligence, psychological projection, paranoia, and Machiavellianism.Psychologists usually attribute belief in conspiracy theories to a number of psychopathological conditions such as paranoia, schizotypy, narcissism, and insecure attachment, or to a form of cognitive bias called "illusory pattern perception".

Get it yet? If you're a conspiracy theorist, you're probably not well.

Historically, conspiracy theories have been closely linked to prejudice, propaganda, witch hunts, wars, and genocides. They are often strongly believed by the perpetrators of terrorist attacks, and were used as justification by Timothy McVeigh and Anders Breivik, as well as by governments such as Nazi Germany, the Soviet Union, and Turkey... QAnon and denialism about the 2020 United States presidential election results led to the January 6 United States Capitol attack, Conspiracy theories are a significant obstacle to improvements in public health, encouraging opposition to vaccination and water fluoridation among others, and have been linked to outbreaks of vaccine-preventable diseases.Other effects of conspiracy theories include reduced trust in scientific evidence, radicalization and ideological reinforcement of extremist groups, and negative consequences for the economy.

I mean come on. There are people here posting belief that the world is flat, satellites are not real, vaccines are an effort by the 'elites' (Jews) to depopulate and control the world, biolabs that clone children exist (and are why Russia invaded Ukraine), Donald Trump won the election, chemtrails are real, lizard people (the Jews again) control the world, a secret cabal of 'elites' (the Jews) are running some kind of paedo ring, cannibalizing children in Satanic rituals, and Donald Trump is the messiah sent to stop it, or that you're really subject to maritime law because the government sold you to wealthy 'elites' (the Jews; again) who own you as some kind of corporation, and you can magically make yourself immune to the law.

I mean for ****s sake people. Stop for a second.

These lies are being propagated by the internet and social media, with the algorithms (and sharing by people) cooking vulnerable people into thinking they're true.

They're not true. You're being led down a garden path and brainwashed by social media algorithms and your own damn metadata.

This is a board dedicated to co spuracy theories. Regardless whether outlandish or plausible, it exists so enthusiasts can discuss that genre, regardless whether they believe or don't. It's an interesting and thought-provoking realm.

People who post here to contest CTs are most welcome, but there's no need for those who come here to gaslight others.

It's no different to say the tech and computer board. People who post there are enthusiasts for that topic, cool. But there's no need for people (or mods) to go into that board and call everyone nerds and pencil-neck geeks because they enjoy that topic.

That's exactly the same as people coming in here to label everyone cookers and lunatics. But no one goes into the tech board to call everyone nerds, so why does it happen here?

Becausr people feel threatened that there's alt-info/history? Or maybe still a stigma attached to CTers? I don't know, but it's a show of prejudice. We need a hashtag.

Saying 'Pizzagate is not true' is not gaslighting.

"Pizzagate" is a conspiracy theory that went viral during the 2016 United States presidential election cycle.[1][2][3] It has been extensively discredited by a wide range of organizations, including the Washington, D.C. police

It's origins:

On October 30, 2016, a Twitter account posting white supremacist material which said it was run by a Jewish New York lawyer falsely claimed that the New York City Police Department (NYPD) had discovered a pedophilia ring linked to members of the Democratic Party while searching through Anthony Weiner's emails.

A fake (Russian) Twitter account from someone claiming to be a Jewish Lawyer, that posted white supremacist material from that account (Jewish conspiracies etc) was the origin. A single tweet from a literally fake profile, that was being used to spread Neo-Nazi and antisemitic material.

This twitter account was a Kremlin Troll, using the account to spread misinformation aimed at hurting Hillary Clinton and assisting Trump in the election. One of thousands of similar accounts and bots set up to do the same thing.

It was then spread via metadata, links, and algorithms to social media sites:

Deriving its name from the Watergate scandal, the story was later posted on fake news websites, starting with Your News Wire, which cited a 4chan post from earlier that year. The Your News Wire article was subsequently spread by pro-Trump websites, including SubjectPolitics.com, which added the claim that the NYPD had raided Hillary Clinton's property.

The story was picked up by other fake news websites like InfoWars, Planet Free Will,[9] and The Vigilant Citizen,[17][18] and was promoted by alt-right activists such as Mike Cernovich, Brittany Pettibone, and Jack Posobiec.[19] Other promoters included: David Seaman, former writer for TheStreet.com,[20] CBS46 anchor Ben Swann,[21] basketball player Andrew Bogut,[22] and Minecraft creator Markus "Notch" Persson,[23] as well as the German edition of The Epoch Times, a far-right Falun Gong-associated newspaper.[24][25] On December 30, as Bogut recovered from a knee injury, members of /r/The Donald community on Reddit promoted a false theory that his injury was connected to his support for Pizzagate

While also being extensively shared, and re-tweeted by bots:

Jonathan Albright, an assistant professor of media analytics at Elon University, said that a disproportionate number of tweets about Pizzagate came from the Czech Republic, Cyprus, and Vietnam, and that some of the most frequent retweeters were bots.[19]

Most of which were also Russian/ Kremlin backed.

Pizzagate isn't true. It's a textbook example of a Russian misinformation warfare, and how they use bots, social media algorithms and metadata to cook people and brainwash them into doing what they want, and believing in what they want you to believe.

You're still missing the point.....it doesn't matter if it's true or not....it doesn't matter where something originates or not....."Conspiracy Theories" is a topic of duscussion, a genre. People are here to discuss it at length, in depth, with the same right as discussing other topics/genres like AFL, NFL, Tech, History, Philospphy, Religion, etc.

Sure, there are some really outlandish CTs, but it's a meaty topic, like Politics, Religion, etc, and there's bound to be some very controversial threads of discussion just like there are controversial threads inside Religion, Politics, Policd Brutality, True Crime, whatever.

You and others are most welcome to enter in and argue against CTs, no one likes an echo chamber. But people coming in to ridicule people itself, calling them cookers etc, it has been happening, for years. It's not really nice behavior, or upright debating, playing the man not the ball.

To repeat....it doesn't matter if somethibg is true or not, in essence, as that is the nature of CTs....they're theories, suggestions, hypotheses. But it's also similar to a true crime topic, or the Crime board....because it DOES seek a battle of evidence for vs against a theory/crime.

So it is partly about JUST contributing to the board with topics, sharing for interests sake with other enthusiasts....cloning, chemtrails, false flags, ancient history, stolen history, UFOs, paranormal, lizard people, secret societies, new world order, elites conspiring against the masses, etc etc.

Sometimes it's just about sharing....sometimes it's about generating a lively debate back and forth....where both parties are open to learn, open to debunk, open to be right or wrong about something, because not every single debate about a CT is only right or wrong, there are no cookers vs sane people only situation, there are many CTs where both parties can be right and wrong.

Example....JFK.....nowadays it's about certain he was assassinated by the CIA/etc and Lee Harvey was a patsy. But for a long time those who believed that were "cookers".

Look at the thread 'Conspiracies Proven To Be True"....lots have turned out true.....eg, MKULTRA.

It's condecending others to presume one is always right, only coming from the right side, and that they're unplugging others from the matrix.

You're still missing the point.....it doesn't matter if it's true or not....it doesn't matter where something originates or not....."

It most definitely matters where it originates, and if it's misinformation, because...

Conspiracy Theories" is a topic of duscussion, a genre.

That's the conspiracy.

The conspiracy is the Russians (and others) are deliberately targeting you (and people like you) with misinformation, hoping you share it on social media like here (and the social media learns to push more conspiracies on you via the algorithms) and promote it to others (so the belief in the conspiracy flourishes).

It's a brainwashing psy-op. It's led to people engaging in mass shootings, standing under red naval flags, refusing to take a safe and efficacious vaccine, storming a Pizza shop with an AR-15, attempting to overthrow the US Capital, and a whole lot more.

Im here telling you that Pizzagate is a real conspiracy. Just not the one you think it is.

Did they find any kids in a Washington Pizza restaurant?
Instead of being pedants, can we change the thread title to “child trafficking is a thing…but definitely not amongst weird pizza and ping pong loving artists in Washington DC that openly post pro pedo stuff in their Insta pages”? Or can we start a new thread and be told off for not using an existing thread? I mean seriously...I ask this often, but why not just shut down this forum if it needs a hero to save us daily?

WTF has that got to do with what I was responding to.

Can you answer the question, were any kids that were found and included runaways, connected to a Pizza restaurant, any Pizza restaurant, in Washington?

How about celebrities or politicians, any connections there?

This thread has been used as a catch-all to discussing stories about child trafficking, not specifically the Pizzagate phenomenon of 2015 or whenever… it feels disingenuous to simply dismiss stories because pizzagate has been “debunked”, or they are not specifically related to a pizza ping pong restaurant in Washington DC.

This thread's done then?

You can't expect a free run without challenge, particularly on a such a serious subject as child sex and human trafficking. For my own opinion, it feels a mockery is being made of it.
