we are not in crisis mode yet... and seeing it is only Port... it ain't gonna be a loss.. oh shush you port people.. it is humour

But china is not all that clean in any other personalities and so driving a bus into a less than furphy of twilight zone, should be easy

Play it at Frankston as an apology to the locals for cutting and running from Seaford after about 5 minutes.

Can hold a decent enough crowd as shown at the MPNFL grand final each year.

There’s even a nice big new function centre overlooking the ground for the presidents lunch.

Ground is also set up for TV coverage due to VFL games.

The fact international sporting organisations who run events in football, golf, tennis and others have all cancelled or moved events says to me there is no way this game gets played in China.

It has been a good experiment but Port and the AFL want to end this arrangement anyway so this gives them an exit strategy.

Play the game in country Victoria.

So, to summarise, you know nothing about China and you're basing your entire analysis on tired old (racist) stereotypes. You're an embarrassment.
Have you ever lived or worked in China?
I have and hygiene is secondary to a majority of them that i worked with and see.

Play the game in Bali so players can enjoy their midseason break without needing to travel.

Is it really a good experiment?

Jury out on that

Shouldn’t they play it at Seaford then to apologise to all the....Seafordians ?.

Why does Frankston get any love ?.

As far as I'm aware, China isn't considered a developed nation, so comparatively speaking it sounds an objective enough statement.

Again, you haven't been there. It's a lot more developed than you think. Be wary of the labels we slap on things as westerners - the criteria for these things are not objective in themselves, and there are political reasons for why we label them as such.

You haven't been there, yet you used "sounds objective enough" as the basis for your opinion. If you haven't informed yourself about the political realities behind assessments such as "developed" nation, then there's not much we can discuss. You're assuming those criteria are objective without even researching it yourself. After living there for a few years, I can promise you that their trajectory is a whole lot more sound than ours. They plan for 100 years into the future. We plan for the next election cycle. The reason corona virus has taken hold there is a question of population density, not how developed they are.

Because the City of Frankston forked out a shitload only for the Saints to bail out then put their hand out for more cash from another council.
