The Bombers won't make the finals.

This story came up about 2 hours after the loss to the Weagles.

Well to be honest it is a possibility. Just as much a possibility of Adelaide, WC, Melbourne or Geelong missing the finals. Were all in the battle.

Essendon should make given there easier run home than the others in the pack. Games against Adelaide, Collingwood and Brisbane for your lot in the next month will be tough though. Lucky you have easybeats next week in Richmond to get back on track. However an upset there and your in the ****.

Every game for the aforementioned teams is so important from here on in.

Wouldnt Wayne Jackson love that, No Bombers come September.
Every game from here on in is important yes, but to say the Bombers will miss surely is a little to early to call, given our history of consistantly playing in finals over recent years.
Do not forget we have Fletcher, Misiti and Merc's yet to come back into our line up.
Let's go Bombers, show everyone why teams have feared playing us over the years.

Yeah Port really looked like they were scared sh1tless against Essendon a couple weeks ago.

No offence here Gretel but I don't think Essendon are a force to be reckoned with any more. The might not make the finals and I think that the supporters have got to get used to it. They are nothing special and I doubt that Port were really scared of you. Once again when it looked like you were going to lose the other night u guys went the knuckle and got into a mele. You can't take not winning and I think it's good that you're finally not winning. Youve been spoilt over the last few years but u have to face that you can't be up there all the time.
