At the risk of being a party-poopster, I think it's important that everybody remember - this is a year long commitment. Whichever player you end up with, you need to commit to some kind of following that player for 2015. While each of us will make up their own mind as to how far into this they go, it'd be a bit of a shame if you barely do more than an avatar pic. If you're signing up, don't just sign up on a whim, okay?

Agree PS, although I do love Milney in all seriousness it's a great concept & it would be a shame if everyone wasn't commited..

Just a suggestion but perhaps the first thing advocates could do is provide a 2014 player review and if they happen to draw a first year, most of the work is already done for them with transcriptions from draft previews etc already copied across.

That is a good idea all though everyone will do the sponsorship differently. Some will do a lot more than others
