It's easy to remember the players that have re-signed beyond 2011 because there's so few of them, so the OP list is pretty much right.

anyone know how long TV's contract is for? it didn't say in the article did it???

I hope we hear a few more announcements like this before the year kicks off.

Didnt we just get Josh Walker?

I thought rookies had a 2 year deal and can be retained for a 3rd year ?

Would like to see Milbourne sign one last time and get to 300 games. I know Mat Scarlett has said next year would be his last, but if he plays through 2013 he would join the 300 list too. I would like to see that!

Rookies have a one year deal. Walker should get a second rookie contract though IMO.

I would not be so certain about those four. I would think that one would be likely to play on.

He has been average (by his standards) this year.
Hmm????

Something isn't right with him that's for sure.
Concussion may have bit to do with last nights game I admit.

Jimmy made pretty clear a couple of weeks ago his contract is almost done and they are just finalising the details. Nothing to worry about there.

Nothing will ever hurt more than 29 leaving. From now on, whoever leaves will have done so for their correct reasons.

Whatever the club does, I hope Simpson gets a long contract. And I hope the appropriate retirements come about. Peacefully.

Yeah, Ling's still in great form and still one of our best, so he'll probably play on.

Milburn has shown no signs of aging, so I wouldn't be surprised if he went Dustin Fletcher and played the next two years.

Ottens said he is happy to play 2012 and 2013 if he goes well this year. Which he ultimately is.

And Mooney is the only one who has confirmed retirement some time this year. But that was when he was in horrible form and had an injury. He's in superb form in the VFL atm, so fingers crossed Moondog can stay for one more :heart:
