There's no doubt our late rounders make an impact and we get something out of them. But do our good players get to a comfortable level and stagnate?
Perhaps it is the fact they have to work to make their mark that is the key?
I remember lloyd saying some players are just happy to be in the AFL, get a game every week and make a living.
Sans watson, is there anyone who is comfortably best 22 that gets better each and every year?
