I love that we don't have numbers missing for the sake of it. And the OCD in me would love to see Dunkley move to 43 & Bradtke to 45 to fix it.The club has finally provided the official jumper numbers, after some pretty solid misdirects with the draftees ...

I think you have missed Pickett wearing 36, M Brown in 38 and Joel Smith wears 44 not 43.With a handful of new players about to make their way in the door, time to give this one a bump ...

Cheers, combination of formatting issues and not paying that much attention while I was doing it.I think you have missed Pickett wearing 36, M Brown in 38 and Joel Smith wears 44 not 43.
You're probably too young too remember but Brett Lovett wore 17. Played over 200 games, represented Victoria on numerous occasions and made the VFL team of the year 3 times (Basically the equivalent of AA) yet no one seems to have many fond memories or speak glowingly of him lie they do for other past players. So Bowey has been bestowed with the honour of wearing the legendary number 17. Big shoes to fill.

Hence my point of being underrated. The only other Melbourne players to Make AA at least three times since then are Garry Lyon & Max GawnWas a good solid average player. Nothing more imo. Surprised that he made the VFL team of the year once let alone three times. Got nothing against him but blokes like Steve Febey, Glenn Lovett were much better players than Brett imo.
