AFL - Round 21, 2019
Charlie Cameron 6.1.37 def Essendon 4.9.33
Charlie Cameron 6.1.37 def GWS Giants 4.5.29
Charlie Cameron 6.1.37 def North Melbourne 1.8.14

When was the last time a VFL/AFL player has outscored three opposition clubs in the same round?

When Franklin kicked 13.4 against North in 2012 he outscored: North, GWS, Carlton, Essendon, Melbourne, Bulldogs, Gold Coast and tied with Freo.

Could've been a few more recently though

Jason Dunstall kicked a massive 17.5-107 in Hawthorn's demolition of Richmond in Round 7 1992.

On his own he would have beaten 9 of the 14 clubs playing that round as follows:

Adelaide 9.11-65 vs. St Kilda (Dunstall by 42 points)
North Melbourne 9.12-66 vs. Collingwood (Dunstall by 41 points)
Melbourne 13.18-96 vs. Sydney (Dunstall by 11 points)
Sydney 13.18-96 vs. Melbourne (Dunstall by 11 points)
Richmond 14.9-93 vs. Hawthorn (Dunstall by 14 points)
Fitzroy 15.12-102 vs. West Coast (Dunstall by 5 points)
West Coast 11.16-82 vs. Fitzroy (Dunstall by 25 points)
Carlton 11.6-72 vs. Footscray (Dunstall by 35 points)
Brisbane 11.9-75 vs. Geelong (Dunstall by 32 points)

Discounting his own team Hawthorn and with Essendon having a bye, Dunstall would have lost to St. Kilda by 32 points (21.13-139), Collingwood by 9 points (16.20-116), Footscray by 21 points (18.20-128) and Geelong by 132 points (37.17-239).

Ben Brown outscored Adelaide, Fremantle, Gold Coast, Melbourne and Port Adelaide in Round 23.

Jack Riewoldt in 2018 R21 was the previous player, outscoring Geelong, Gold Coast, Port Adelaide and West Coast.

As well as Dunstall, Harry Davey outscored 9 of 11 opposition clubs in 1925 R14; Gordon Coventry did the same in 1929 R13, followed by George Goninon in 1953 R5.

Ron The Bear.

How many players outscored Norf in R21 last year and how many outscored Freo in R15 2009?

Lastly, which teams did Scotty Cummings beat in R4 2000?

18 & 24 respectively. Record is 35 for St.Kilda in 1897 R3. (There were probably more than 35, but behinds aren't recorded.) Modern record 25 for Carlton in 1991 R11.

Cummings - Adelaide, Carlton, Fremantle, Hawthorn, St.Kilda

South Melbourne's Len Mortimer in 1909 R15 outscored 6 of 9 opposition clubs with a mere five goals. Arthur Hiskins also outscored 6 clubs by kicking 6 in the same team.

Fred Fanning kicked 18.1- 109 in rd 19 against the Saints in 1947.
Would of beaten - Carlton, Collingwood, Essendon, Footscray, North Melbourne, Hawthorn, St Kilda (obviously) and South Melbourne
Drew against - Geelong
Lost to - Richmond (by 2 points) and Fitzroy (by 29)

I think I found a winner.

In the final sectional round of 1899, Geelong's Jim McShane became the first player to kick ten goals or more when he scored eleven goals against St Kilda in a 162-1 demolition. No other team that round scored more than 45, so McShane beat all seven opposition clubs. Hell, he beat four of the seven other teams combined.
