Player Rule Breaches

Apparently, the AFL have fined Hawthorn ($5000) and the Kangaroos ($20000) for breaches of the AFL Player Rules during the 2000 season.
Does anybody know the details of these "breaches"?

Not breaches in payments, rather failure to correctly lodge some of the documentation relating to payments.

So they're being fined for not keeping their receipts????

Not sure exactly if it was for incomplete documentation, late documentation or whatever, but it was definitely administrative, and not a financial breach. It was only briefly mentioned on the news tonight (Channel 10 I think).
