About the main board posts that could be in player threads - couldn't you just merge the thread after the main board thread has fizzled out? (e.g. no posts for 7 days).

And maybe sponsors post highlight/clips/pictures on a regular basis? And create a rule about it. Sounds good to say "okay, you should be doing this", but saying "You must post X multimedia per round or else.. (we'll set Masten's hair stylist onto you)

Like a points system or voting system, or a pole or something. The winner at the end of the year gets some type of power or privilege..
