Coledinho has it fairly accurate although Kranjcar has to be worth about 8.5 million. Spurs knocked back 7.5 for him and he is still young and on affordable wages.

Kaboul would be about 12 million I believe. Fast, strong, young, scoring centre back with plenty of potential. Put in some great performances when fit.

Woodgate would be worth something but impossible to say how much. King I couldnt see establishing himself at another club or playing anywhere, his minimal appearances and training hindrace wouldnt work in a setup not already familiar with him.

Seem to be doing a fair bit of bouncing around from Euros to Stirling. For the record, atm €6 will probably get you about £5

Pick a currency and stick to it, lads. Don't really mind which one.

I expect full backs to be worth a lot more in the coming years as a lot of the time the full backs are doing a lot of the work attacking and still have to defend the opposing wingers/full backs. Probably won't be worth as much as great striker or winger, but still be worth plenty more soon.

I would love to see a mathematical formula work out an exact value for every player. The formula would be huge. So many things to consider.

That's not including the value of a player to his club or how much every other club wants for him.

Nah full backs are the least valueble of all of them. If Evra was a striker he wouldn't be dropped from the France team and replaced by crappy Abidal. Even Cole does nothing but give shape

Agree with Embers pricing for Spurs although I think he has Corluka worth too much. Also think Pav is over valued.

A couple of things you should factor into my valuations: 1) all our players are signed up on 3,4 or 5 year ontracts (certainly all the major players), and 2) even though you may (rightly) think £20m for Lennon or Thudd is overpriced, they are English and therefore their price is inflated by what, 25%.

Didn't realise Gallas was on a 1yr contract so you can scrap the £3m on him. Other than that my pricing is spot-on, evidenced by the fact that today we learn that Fergie is weighing up a £35m bid for Modric in the summer. Exactly the price I had him valued at.

What are you basing these on? £12.5m for Reina? Are you for real?
Based on contract length, wages, player ability, but most importantly player situaton. Fact is Reina would only ever leave Liverpool for a Spanish club and a Spanish club would not pay more than 12.5 mill for him given the current economic climate.

No doubt in my mind Man United would pay 18-20 mil lf for him but Reina is a better chance of lining up for the LA Galaxy than that happening

If a player wants to leave then they can force their way out. Utd would offer twice the £12.5 you state for him, and Liverpool would be forced to sell.

Liverpool would just simply never sell to Man United ever. I think Man United would sell to Liverpool as they are no longer a title rival but the backlash from Liverpool fans would far outweight any cash received in this situation.

Otherwise what clubs are gonna realistically want him. Arsenal perhaps? Barcelona maybe if he demanded a move but even then itd be player swap due to there current financial position. Quite simply id rate the most valuable keeper in the world as Manuel Neuer (due to only being 23 and very good) at around 15 mill. Keepers simply dont fetch more than that in the real world and also in the real world keepers dont move from big club to big club. Keepers move there way up the chain from alot smaller clubs than Liverpool.

IMO United will sign Stekelenburg for around 8 mill in the summer to replace Van Der Sar.

Gomes £10m

Kaboul £9m
Woodgate - No value

Modric £30m
Huddlestone £15m
Bale £30m
Lennon £15m
Kranjcar £5m
Bentley £5m
You are of significantly off with these ones.

No way wold Levy take a £10m loss on Bentley. Krancjar for £5m?, please. Modric for 30m, if we decided to sell it would create a biddng war, same goes for Bale. Huddlestone has already been quoted at being worth £20m. Lennon you are undervaluing too. Kaboul £9m, way off - ask AC. Woodgate is hard to gage at this stage to be fair

I think Woodgate is out of contract at the end of the year EW.

Gomes at about 10 mill is right. Hes a keeper not a superstar

Kaboul wouldnt be worth 16 mill because his next move is currently IMO a sideways move back to a top line French club (Marseille, St Germain etc). If he was worth 16 mill he would creating interest among the likes of Real Madrid etc but hes not in that fied

You guys significantly overpaid for Modric when you got him, hence why you actually ended up getting him. Otherwise he was off to a Barcelona type club for a lower fee/wages. Itd be ideal to be able to throw in that excess spent into his future fee but its not gonna happen. David Silva was worth 28 mill and Modric is in a similar state albeit worth a tad more.

Huddlestone is injury prone and while a good player hes another likely to make a sideways move (to say a Man City/Arsenal... I know Arsenal are bigger but not in a transfer/financial sense they are not). The one out of these id add value onto if he can stay injury free and provide some more consistency in his game

Bales a hard one to gauge. The reason I think hes worth 30 mill is because when/if he does leave its going to be a Torres moment. One where he goes on strike and demands to leave hence lowering the overall fee. His lack of marketability also hurts his value. Juventus fans arnt lining up to buy Bale shirts is all ill say

Lennon is poorer than Young whose worth about 18 mill. Overrated now and im saying that as one of his biggest fans

Kranjcar is worth 5 mill because hes making a downwards move to a 6-10 club outside the EPL. Hes stated many a time he is unhappy and wants to leave too. Hes not wanted, not needed and not moving up so his fee is low

If Bentley was worth 10 mill he would not be out on loan to another EPL club atm. His only transfer window is in the EPL. No La Liga club etc are gonna be buying him. If Birmingham wouldnt pay 8 mill for a much better player in NZogbia, why would they pay more for a unwanted nobody like Bentley?

Lol, Embers is still undervaluing Kranjcar. He just put in some great performances, even against A.C. Milan when he came on. He won't be sold for anything less than 8m if he goes in the summer.

Then he wont go. Which club in world football is he going to go to for that price?

People are also understimating the financial restraints abit to hit starting this summer from the new fair play rules along with the long term effects from the GFC. The day of City like transfer fees are dead and buried. Which of the big clubs in world football are gonna spend big in the summer really?

Inter Milan will be the only one to spend more than 30 mill IMO

My opinion on a few of your valuations

- No way is Pepe valued at 12.5m, 28 isn't old for a keeper and he's world class so I'd expect 20m for him(despite being a keeper)

- Lucas 12m - 24 years old and has been improving every season.

- Maxi Free, huge wages.

- Suarez slightly more at 20m.

- Poulsen is 31 next week, 2m or 3m.

- Jovanovic - Packet of chips.

- Kuyt 6m-7m

- You have Kyrgiakos at 6m? Mistake right? 32 in 6 or so months, 2m or 3m.

Forgot Kyrgiakos was ancient. Probably 4 mill. Im predicting alot more money to be spent from within the Serie A in the future hence why I put Kuyts valuation up. Realistically hes worth 6-8, but I actually think you could produce somewhat of a bidding war for his services among the Serie A clubs if push came to shove.
