definately sylvia + knights, higgins is far to injury prone and from what everyones been saying its Sylvias year. Also i think that Knights has the potential to consistently score more than Dangerfield and he would also have a higher increase in value and that 104k spare is very handy.

Heres mine: Bartel + Knights with 90k or Anthony + Goodes. Just not sure on Bartel atm

Anthony and Goodes. If Anthony can return to the level where he left off then you've got yourself a bargain.

I wouldn't be worried about picking Bartel though, I think he's a pretty solid selection.

Can see him improving this year, at worst breaking even, but Pav and Harvey I think are less likely increase their scores, and may even struggle to hold their average.

Now, not an extremely important position as 4th ruck, but still cannot decide...

Both look fine options for now, although did I read somewhere Campbell has a niggle?

Just give it another 3-4 weeks and someone obvious will bob up from NAB Cup or NAB challenge games no doubt. Im in the same boat, as im sure a lot of others would be also

Tough calls.. both of them.... On the first, I wonder if "Kizza" will get tagged this year. If his last 6 games were anything to go by, you'd have to say he will. Corey should come back a little stronger this year. I'd go Jack. More X factor about him.

Tough one... Cross- just. Played all 22 last year and should do so again (touch wood). Captaincy will have no affect on Boyd (neither positive nor negative)- ultimate pro who will take it in his stride.

Gaff vs Atley. Bench spot only- cash cow. Would probably be first in should one of the starting 7 be injured...

To make 100K (absolute minimum for cash cow) Gaff would have to average around 70. Atley would need to average around 50... Leaning towards Atley at this point...

would u go fasalo? or would u go polec?

on saturday night i seen a good player in fasalo, however he plays for collingwood and it would be pretty hard to get into that midfield or even in the team all together, but saying that in the passed 5 years collingwood have been debuting players left right n centre, last year it was blair who debut .. and im thinking will the pies debut another this season?
because if they do, i reckon fasalo will be the one...
Now with polec, i have read up on this kid.. just havent read up on him recently (how his preseason is goin, find out friday night hopefully).. i think with black and power ageing and riscka gone to gc.. there will be room for debuts in the lions team..
If i was to pick up fasalo and bite the bullet and take a punt.. ild save 50k+ and could use it else were and have the same average im predicting, but if i pick up polec he is 168k and will he average 60+ because u dont wanna spend to much on rookies, and than they only make u 80k in the end...

There's two ways of going with rucks option 1 you get set and forget rucks eg: Sandi and Jolly or you can go the other way and go premium/cheapie eg: sandi and Petrie. You probably need Sandi if you don't you will be way behind everybody else if he plays like he did last year.

Fasolo is unlikely to play in the opening rounds, let alone enough games to be of any use. There are much better options around, even at his price.
