Needs more Priddis! And Hutchings, who is a poor man's Priddis.

Ridiculous assumption after 10 games really. He's already shown the ability to run down an opponent and apply defensive pressure around the stoppage and during the opposition spread unlike Priddis(16 tackles in one game), kick to advantage to our forwards when in space and win the hardball inside. Sure he's made mistakes, but to write him off that quickly when all the love that was given for Masten despite average performances for 5 years is rather perplexing. If he doesnt improve after another year of regular games then by all means make the call, but to go this early is silly.

I don't think Morton has even played a full game for WCE. There were a couple of impressive performances from him coming on as the sub so I'd like to see him around for at least one more year or so.

rookie Newman and see what's on offer for Brown and Schofield. McGinnity is done. Morton, Butler and Dalziell could be lucky depending on how many of the three we would keep as depth.

give it a bone, we are a football club not a church. Sure he had a tumultuous year but so did the rest of our team. Why give his spot to someone who isn't as good as him? Let's give him the chance with our support to turn it around

Im also agree with this. He is pretty far from being a daniel rich as far as having a skilled penetrating left foot go. I honestly believe that gaff will be playing VFL in 3 years time.

Agreed...unfortunately. No tackling pressure, gets knocked off the ball, cannot play tight on his opponent, and definitely cannot get a hard ball.....just stands there waiting for Scooter or someone else to do the hard stuff.Weak as piss.
However....id love nothing better than to be proven totally wrong next year if he comes out and stars. If he has a repeat of this year both he, and WCE, are ****ed.

Yeah, it's the ability to hit targets on both sides - determines the efficiency of your kick. I'll post a few videos when I get home if you don't already know how it works.

It tells you nothing about the speed or trajectory of the kicks in question.

Being able to land a ball within a few meters of a cone off both feet doesn't make you an elite kick. Shane Nelson aced this test simply because he's adequate off both feet.
