My apologies if this topic has been raised before (more thn likely it has, every facet of the great game seems to have been covered).

What players, no matter how many games they played and fine performances they put in are probably sick and tired of talking about that one incident, good, bad or unusual?

Some obvious examples -

Barry Breen played 300 games for the Saints, but he is rarely mentioned without reference to the point he kicked to win the 1966 GF.

Teddy Hopkins - the 1970 GF

Jeff Fehring - THAT looooonnnng kick.

who else?

Shaun Smith for taking that speckie at the Gabba in the last round in 1995, with the camera flash going off in the background.

Murray Wrensted when he ran into an open goal and missed in the 1988 Elimination Final and cost the Eagles victory. I loved the looked on Ross Glendinnings face, it was priceless.

John Greening for being knocked out and his career ended.
Jim O'Dea for knocking him out.
Percy Jones for kicking the goal post instead of the ball.
Raydon Tallis for having his head stood on by Dermot.
Tony Free for having his jaw fractured by Dermot.
Bruce Monteath for captaining a VFL premership side.
That Collingwood reserves player for hitting an umpire.
Neal Balme for whacking Geoff Southby.

Wayne Harmes will always be remembered for punching the ball to Sheldon from what was inside the boundary line, despite what some Collingwood criticals might think.

Pfftt!!!
He saved the boundary umpire the trouble of throwing the ball back in! :D
