all will be better in the long run

It would have been nice to have these guys but most were not there for us to pick.Why? Because they were considered better prospects. I'll give you this, with 20/20 Hansen before Gardnier might have been handy

How can you compare Playfair to Franklin??? I agree he is not going well but when or where did anyone here say he was better than others?
Franklin was #5 in the draft, Playfair was picked at 40 or thereabouts........

I think we need to make some hard decisions but to start comparing pick 5 with a pick 40+ in the draft is ridiculous, of course we'd rather have someone at pick 5.................

Just touching on something JUBJUB mentioned earlier...about H playing in the ruck in his earlier games. Do you think he could offer us a 3rd option in the ruck (if needed) and possibly rotate with Ottens and Mooney?

Playfair is a good prospect down on confidence. Ease up on him. He can play the game. Ran rings around us when Geelong smashed us earlier in the season.
Poor shot for goal but has a big motor and some size.
Glad to see Scarlett back in form tonight. He played well.
I am not going to bag Ottens because I think the trade was a reasonable risk at the time with Graham leaving. I just wish the bloke would not take the easy option and drop to his knees to get the ball. Does not help his team and puts him out of the contest.
