Yeah downloaded and deleted it fairly quickly.

I thought it was a heap of fun. I dislike serious w***er racing games.

Hitman 2 is one of the Plus games this month. Even though I own all 3 Hitman games, Hitman 2 is the only game that was purchased from my USA PSN account, so I am unable to play that game though the Hitman 3 menu/game engine (which was bought on my main Australian account). Having it now free on PS Plus gives me that opportunity.

It will be fun going through the mastery levels again.

The first game was on Plus in February 2019. That game was released in 2016, Hitman 2 in 2018. I guess this bodes well for Hitman 3 being on Plus in 2024.

PS Plus will never have the same game on twice on different months/years.

No, online is still up and running. I just did a complete Hitman 1-3 play through in the last couple of week and a half and its online. In fact, I reckon the servers won’t be switched off for years.

Only thing I could think of is maybe the servers went down for a period. Sometimes during my own play throughs I would be kicked to offline but I only needed to either hit “retry” or go back to the main menu and hit “Go Online” and it would work.

I don’t know if this is correct but if you are going for Level 20 mastery, I think the challenges that you check off during offline game play will still be checked off when you are online but it won’t add the score for your mastery levels. So probably best to avoid playing the game offline if you can help it.

I've only spent a couple of sessions on it, but had several goes at connecting online, with no joy.

Didn't they pull PES off PS+ a couple of years ago because it was too niche? If soccer is too niche wtf do they think golf is? (I may be slightly more annoyed at this one as I already own the game)
