Pretty sure it's this. No doubt will be cleared up soon, but basically it'll be here's 3 games (or whatever it is), vote for the one you want free and the others will be discounted. Also here are the other games you'll be getting, as normal.

I read the votes won't be monthly, rather they'll be at "regular intervals". Other than the votes it's supposedly the same.

Hoping paid multiplayer will be phased out of consoles in the coming generations, it is a pain in the ass, especially for those who use them rather infrequently.

Not really a fan of games like Grow Home but can see the appeal. Maybe I'll give it a shot if it wins.

Super Meat Boy is not out yet, I'd be fairly confident it'll be free with PS+ on release though.
