Yeah it's a smart decision really because if sales of 2K16 were down (or not) they are allowing a lot of people to play for free and then maybe buy 2K17.

and hope that there are people who dont realize that yearly sport games are just roster updates [And a "legal" form of underage gambeling with the Ultimate team/My Team and things like VC] . and what could be added from patches or DLC.

And i still dont know why i buy Madden every year, at least they are going to get rid of the BS "Ignite" engine that is just a slightly upgraded 10 year old engine for Frostbite in the next few years.

It's what I do with FIFA.

Good thing for me is I'm starting to feel a bit of FIFA fatigue so this might see me out until FIFA '17.

Not even sure I've played an NBA title since I used to pretend Luc Longley was me scoring 60 points per game in NBA Live '96 on Mega Drive.

2K14 I think was the last one I played.

Yeah FIFA is a grind at the moment but currently when I'm looking to play something it's the easiest to load. I'm running out of leagues to win titles in.

Settle down grandpa.

no, but when u get hot the commentators constantly say "is it the shoes?"
Hmm. That is relevant to my interests.
How about, "From downtown!"? That's pretty basic. Surely they have to have that.

I purchased the Uncharted trilogy last weekend, had to have them on ps4 (purchased the trilogy on the ps3 in disc form, and downloaded 2 & 3 when they were free on the PS+ games list). Might also double buy other titles, like Arkham Knight as that is fairly cheap now too. And I would buy it again even when I own the Arkham Knight console that included a copy of the disc version :D.

Fifa 16 being cheap is tempting but with it being 3 months until Fifa 17 comes out I'd rather not have "Fifa fatigue" just as the new version is released. I skipped 16 as I felt I needed a break from the franchise for the year (same with NBA 2K16.... might check it out since it's free this month!). I can come back with renewed enthusiasm for it.

Gone Home is a great little experience, thoroughly enjoyed it and disappointed it took so long for me to play it. It's amazing how powerful the story is considering it's conveyed purely through random scraps and audio clips.

Just a heads up though that it is a pure walking simulator so if you have no interest in narrative-driven games with minimalistic gameplay, don't bother - you won't enjoy it.

A walking simulator?

Finished it last night and I didn't think it was that good. Pretty predictable.

Probably going to do another quick run through and clean up the remaining trophies before I delete it off the system.

Fair enough! Probably was a bit predictable; I just enjoyed the writing.

Way too overhyped. That rapture game that came out a few months ago looks like it has more depth and storytelling.

Have never played a 2K NBA game before, last NBA game I played was Live 09 I reckon, have 2K games always been so over complicated? I assume once you get into it, it makes sense but it seems like rocket surgery trying to figure out where everything is and how to do everything.
