A bit weird that they are giving Vice City for free when you can’t buy the games individually. They are all part of the collection.

A couple of articles have incorrectly claimed that the Assassin’s Creed Chronicles games aren’t playable on PS5. They are.

But not like Elden Ring yeah? Where you can grind and level above the bosses etc to make it easier.

My 6yo son is obsessed with space so we tried it last weekend. So damn frustrating but in kind of a good way. Took ages to get used to the arm movement being relative to the screen position and not the person (ie, moving the sticks up moves them to the top of the screen, not the astronaut's head). And even then, it's very rare in co-op for both players to be facing the same way.

Took us about 45 minutes to finish the first level and then he said it was too hard and gave up and wanted to play Astro instead, lol. I definitely want to give it more of a go though, I've read there's an assist mode that might be worth trying with him.

I enjoyed it but played easy mode for the last 2/3 just to speed it up.

Certainly can be frustrating, but having square button to re-orient the camera so that you're facing up is a life saver. Up to the level now where you're in the dark so need to constantly hold a torch. Can see that getting tiresome...

its not open world like elden ring. you can grind levels still. i found that just playing normally i was never really under levelled.
matchmaking is pretty good, or was when i played. if you get stuck on a boss you can get help.

Mass Erect Effect Legendary Edition and Biomutant. ME is a huge one to add to your catalogue for the future. Not a big deal if you have an EA sub but at least you can have access to it if your sub runs out. Was interested in checking out Biomutant at launch but never got around to it.

PS Store has PS Plus Extra for $80 and PS Plus Deluxe for $100 at the moment. Of course it only seems like it’s for new accounts as I am getting bumped back to the regular price when I am signed into my account.

Have you tried signing out of your account, adding the game to your cart and then signing into your account to see if that does anything? Maybe the system will allow you to purchase the game by doing that.
