Please help me understand

Can someone please explain to me what Jamie MacMillan does to keep him in the team? All I see him do is hang an arm out to make yet another easily breakable tackle, constantly lose his feet and thus the contest, and always turn the ball over from non pressured basic 20-30m kicks.

I just don’t get it. What does he do that I am not seeing?

Some of his fumbling cough ups in the first half were beyond belief. Two led directly to goals. Then hes up low everyone. Amazing.
