I was just on the WWE site and I noticed Tim White has a superstar page. I clicked on it and saw that for fun we can download a clip of White's latest attempt to end his life by putting a bag over his head.
Now this storyline has been an idea of Vince Mcmahon as he considers it a fine piece of black humour.
Now I do enjoy good black humour but let me tell you there is nothing funny about a man attempting to take his own life. I've known people who have had depression and committed suicide and i've known people who have thought about it. Depression is a disease that has taken many lives and has destroyed families. For Vince to come up with a story line like this and find it funny is not only wrong but down right sick. This man has a serious problems if this is what he considers entertainment. I'm a wrestling fan and followed it for years but it is this sort of stuff that has me saying no more. Vince is not only a father but he will soon be a grandfather. I feel so sorry for the kid being born into this family. How is he/she supposed to grow up knowing a man who goes on TV pretending to cheat on his wife and coming up with wonderful bits of humour like this is their grandfather

I have not watched the wrestling for donkey's years and only come on here to get my "quick fix". To read that this sort of stuff is going on makes me sick. This kind of thing is no laughing matter and will offend more people than will make peole laugh.

I think this Tim White stuff is great and I am sorry to hear about your friends Greg Miller= Messiah but this is WWE you shouldn't take any of these types of gimmicks and storylines seriously...

It is pretty bad but when you think of it, it's not that much worse than other shows. The Simpsons even have running gags on Moe being suicidal. The only problem is that wrestling still has the image of trying to be 'real'. The major, and the only real problem I see with this is that their audience includes alot of youth.
