The next Jack Hayes?, stars in the SA league, gets picked up as a mature age recruit. Any stats on him e.g height in particular.

195cm at SANFL preseason testing where he ran a 2.92, followed up by 2.95 at the recent National Combine, also tested well in the hops testing. I think JWhitlock and Shanahan are probably 50/50 to be there still, somewhat dependant on the Marshall bid I guess, but O'Farrell would be the best of those options you suggested imo.Bangers.
If North are serious about Tauru and throw Richmond a bone with 2=6+18, which key position likely still available?
I have Armstrong, Shanahan and Jitlock gone by 18. Who would be best out of Mitlock, Faull, O'Farrell or Gerryn in your opinion? Any chance Trainor could slide with the leaked reports about ongoing concussion issues?
He was first in the agility test, posted something like a 7.26 2km time trial though which is damn slow in the AFL world. I could almost knock that off tomorrow, let alone with a few weeks of trainingDo you have a copy of Hannaford’s results from the vic combine?

Just bumping cos I'm an impatient SOBHey #pmbangers Who do you see as the best contested marks in this draft?
Ditto.Thanks!
So to this novice eye, it looks like he's got elite agility and burst speed, so-so aerial and a very unimpressive tank.
If you trade that far back you risk not getting himIs there a chance Essendon trade back in to grab Shanahan, will likely need to do a deal around pick 20.
Played midfield in the CTL Grand Final against the might of the Sandy Dragons midfield and more than held his own all day, easily the Rebels best mid that day. He ain't no Veszpremi this lad is a real goer whether he plays forward, back or midfield...obviously with his extreme pressue to go with his speed, goalkicking and agility AFL clubs will see him as a smallish pressure forward I'd think especially given it was only later in the season he played forward after previously playing small running back in 2023 and the major part of 2024 in that roleDitto.
It may be due to injury recovery or something else. Or he may be Veszpremi mk2. Looked good to the eyeball but Vez would regularly manage 40 disposal VFL games, just never developed the tank for AFL
Thanks, appreciate you taking the time to answer.Langford, Faull and Shanahan standout, Armstrong and Jack Whitlock are two that have improved throughout the season as well which is promising for further potential development
Some recruiters get stuck on what a player can’t do vs what they can. The ones that have the can’t mindset will get it wrong more times than right. Probably why the same clubs fail to compete YoY.Thanks, appreciate you taking the time to answer.
Just trying to gauge how recruiters will look at those points of separation considering the evenness of the prospects. Interesting that you've mentioned Langford first and amongst the KPP's.
I know Freo have plenty of options on the list already but I see him fitting nicely in an Acres type of wing role which should fit the Longmuir system. What is Davis's draft range? Is he a first round option for Fremantle?
Could GWS get involved and get pick 2I think JWhitlock and Shanahan are probably 50/50 to be there still, somewhat dependant on the Marshall bid I guess, but O'Farrell would be the best of those options you suggested imo.
Trainor could still be there, and would be ridiculously good value, and despite not being that traditional KPD I think he'd be a good fit for North long term with Chom
I would be thinking GWS would need to include F1 along with #15 & #16 to move upto #5Could GWS get involved and get pick 2
for 15,16,37.
Or a 3way trade where GWS lose 15 16,37 and get pick 5 off Demons somehow?
Maybe a 3 way trade, GWS trade 15,16,37 to Melbourne for 5.
Then north trade 2 for 9,16 to Melbourne.
Melbourne have swapped 5,9 for
2,15,37
Ah……fair bit going in that one.Could GWS get involved and get pick 2

Hope our bloke’s not interested in our part. Pick 2 for 9 and 16. Bloody hell this draft must be full of future AA’s.
