How does it happen yearly?
Probably not the place for me to rant, feel free to delete this post PMBangers.

I just think that the AFL lacks the incentive to pursue excellence in these areas. There's no money in it for them, so no financial incentive to improve, and they have a monopoly over junior footy at the elite level so no competition to show them up (and in many ways SANFL and WAFL junior comp broadcasts are worse, just ask Futbolista). We can complain but we're essentially whinging into the void. The only mechanism available to force the AFL to improve is through negative PR via the media, and junior footy is too small fry to get the broader footy community enraged about our issues.

Do you have a favourite Rick and Morty episode (or top 3 even better)

Also, thinking laterally, do you think CDT would end up as a pure XL mid/2nd ruck?
* Thinking for us (Eagles) needing a big bodied mid and worried about Sharps speed. (even though he tests quite quick I think)
Total Rickall is goated

I think that's the view of some clubs, I really love a lot of his traits but obviously his height is a slight concern for a main ruck at afl level, he probably has a little bit left to grow but even with another 3cm he's on the shorter side for a ruck, and I'm not fully convinced his ruck craft is enough to make up that difference. Gut feel is that he'll be a FWD/ Ruck, but it's really something that'll be clearer post champs with how he's develops outside the ruck role

Love that episode.

For me;
1. Pickle Rick
2. Total Rickall
3. Scary Terry (Big Freddy fan growing up)

Thanks for you thoughts on CDT.
I'm hoping for an XL midfielder.

Is Rodriguez actually a good kick? Who would your current afl player comp be for him?
Completely missed this sorry

Rodriguez is a really good kick in space, but he doesn't get to show it off much when he's on the inside because he lacks the explosiveness and top end speed to gain/ maintain separation.

Anyone jumping out as a Caruso type that is likely to go in the teens that I should start following.

Obviously Im expecting the next Wayne Carey for our selection.
Sam Cumming, Harley Barker and Lachy Dovaston are the closest to that profile but no one jumps out as a GWS Pick at this stage, Jacob Farrow is a potential watch to rise and has some of the usual traits but I'd be lying if I said I'd seen enough of him to be confident in a definitive answer

Jack Dalton with 35 touches for Sandy last week, first game after a serious training injury in the off season. Any interest?

Havent watched the game yet but liked him a lot the last 2 years with his ability to cover the ground the standout trait
