Where is Buku ? :'(
One that just hasn't really impressed me all that much this year. I think he tries to play as a Key Defender but is far too short for it and often gets out muscled in one-on-ones. Struggles with holding tackles as well which is enough for me to not rate him highly as a defender

A few more players close to top 30 but not quite there yet:

Hudson Garoni - Murray Bushrangers
Tom Joyce - East Fremantle
Matty Lloyd - GWV Rebels
Thomas Berry - GWV Rebels
Jason Carter - Peel
Buku Khamis - Western Jets
Riley Collier-Dawkins - Oakleigh Chargers
Close to your top thirty to undrafted, even though we nominated him as an NGA and he made the All Australian team and
the TAC team of the year. I am a Thunder fan so your dedication to Matthew Green is admirable, look forward to Abe
Ankers going pick one. ;)

I'll have egg on my face by Saturday when he goes before Pick 50. Glad a Thunder fan is around here, not enough NT representation on this board

My trades were based off of recent rumours
Pretty confident about the top 6, after that I think it all depends on trades and the like. IF GWS and Dogs don't pull off a trade then I think Jones goes to Adelaide and Caldwell goes to GIANTS.

I'll be very surprised if we trade out 14. Rosich and Bell have been banging on about our 4 picks and excitement etc since the trade period. Especially in a straight sway with the Hawks which could be the same pick but a year later.

I look at it as Hawthorn likely to have a pick between 8-14 next season and there is, as it stands, better WA talent in next years draft at the top end which might be enticing for Freo. In saying that though I would probably have Freo taking Stocker anyway

I agree on your assessment of the Hawks and I'd do the trade if it were heavily in our favour but they have literally nothing to offer to make it that. They can't use any other future picks and 53 is all but worthless.

I wouldn't do it just betting on their finishing position next year. Also don't think any WA bias makes up for the year of development.

Consider this my retirement from Phantom Drafting :p:rolleyes:

I think most supporters can be happy with their selections. McHenry, Sturt and Ely Smith are 3 I think went a tad too early but all should be successful picks.

Richmond pull off a massive steal getting RCD, GIANTS likewise with Caldwell. Will be interesting to see the picks tomorrow

Limit the amount of bad calls by including Brodie Kemp, top 20 lock at worst.

20th on my rankings funnily enough
I bet every watcher on here by mid season next year will have him top 10, injury permitting he should go high with his attributes.

A bit of homework for you over the break :p

Go and check some of the games on youtube for Bendigo particularly the games against the Rebels/Murray/Gippsland. Includes a few good prospect in general in those games with the likes of

Flynn Perez - Bendigo
James Schischka - Bendigo
Thomson Dow - Bendigo
Riley Ironside - Bendigo
Aaron Gundry - Bendigo
Brock Smith - Gippsland
Tye Hourigan - Gippsland
Ryan Sparkes - Gippsland
Jake Van Der Pligt - Gippsland
Mitch Martin - Rebels
Lachlan Ash - Murray
Kade Chandler - Murray
Jimmy Boyer - Murray

Its not a perfect way but still a good way of getting familiar with next years prospects, going over old footage during the break this year helped me with putting RCD and O'Halloran in my top 30 early as they weren't players i got to see live much in their bottom age year.

Can I do my old highschool homework stratergy and just copy someone elses last minute :moustache:

I definitely need to re watch vision though, doing a top 35 just off of memory isn't a great idea

Mine was just of memory I’ll be reviewing every bit of footage I can get my hands on and then updating a day or so before the TAC Cup starts again. Looking forward to Tasmania joining the fray and getting to see Mitch O’Niell a few more times.

I’ve always liked him he just isn’t in my top 30 prospects yet haha, a lot of those I mentioned are in a similar situation. Grant is another I like but isn’t in the games with Bendigo.

Really rate this world just would have Mitch O’Neill ahead of Tom Green and have Hayden young in the top ten

O'Neill a little too outside for my liking. Still a great player but given the choice I go with the elite contested ball winner over someone I think will end up a permanent Winger

Yeah I see your point I really see Mitch O’Neill going close to number 1 next year what are your thoughts

I can see that, very few weaknesses in his game and with more responsibility in the Allies side as a top ager hopefully we see some more contested ball from him
