Have to say from what I've read it may not have been quite like this - more that HE wanted to address it himself with the team as soon as they came in from the ground.

we bring it up often but I watched on the couch and footy classified and there was no mention what so ever to Pods kicking a career best 8 goals, it's not as if 8 goals are even kicked on a regular basis anymore. We really are the forgotten team

The Geelong match was not even mentioned on The Couch. Nor was it talked about on 360.

If we win the GF, I think they will play the old test pattern on the TV for half an hour afterwards to avoid talking about it. The news will lead with a cat stuck up a tree. lol
