Apparently he read the whole lot without cue cards or anything, listening to the radio. I visualised all (or nearly all) of the players mentioned actually playing that I have seen, great stuff... Job well done & now part of the melbourne family well & truely...

It made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up! I played to my mother and cousins who are mad MFC supporters and they almost cried...So uplifting and inspiring...wish he could do one for my club! Great stuff....Oh you new logo is Awesome too...AND Jimmy Stynes should be made a club Legend!!

Sometimes things like these can be a tad gimicky but that poem was pure heart and soul of the club, very well written and beautifully delivered. More a mantra than a poem.

Was absolutely fantastic. I think he is a dees supporter so a lot would have come from the heart
