The 56 degrees south of the equator parallel has not a single piece of land lying on it. There's a piece of information which will help you precisely, well, never.
In a useless extension of this, the 57th, 58th, 59th, 60th and 61st degrees south of the equator parallels also touch nothing but ocean. There are a few sub-antarctic islands between South America and Antarctica that lie just north or south of them, but none lie on the actual parallels.

I'm glad to have enriched everyone's lives so much with that valuable addition to my initial pointless fact.
