my own trick....

When a person is talking with their friends and they smile/laugh, corner of your eye notice them and turn and look at them. Do this a few times....that person will think of you fondly, in their mind associate you with being happy, also wont be afraid to smile at you directly in future. This is a good trick for when you like someone you don't know and want them to like you.

Fact....there are only %11 lefties in the world.....im glad to be part of that cool group.

Same. Altho I thought it was less than 10%

Btw- my point in my last post is there is no difference at all.

Sure, lefties make up about 10 percent of the population — but, frankly, it seems like society has forgotten about them. Right-handed gadgets, awkwardly designed desks, cooking tools that fit comfortably in your right hand (now that's just wrong!).

I've never had an issue with right handed stuff- the only thing I pretty much do left handed is write left handed. And throw over arm.

The new OS on my iPad has a menu feature that comes from the top right hand of the screen. Apple doesn’t let me move it to the left hand side.

Computer rmouses are never shaped for the left hand, it feels weird when’re I have to use the mouse with my left hand.

Writing at at an angle so I don’t smudge the ink pen as I write.

It's a day to day battle that one isnt it.

I think after about 10 years I've mastered writing on a whiteboard tho.

Historically, syphilis has been known as 'the French disease' in Italy, Malta, Germany and Poland, 'the Italian disease' in France, 'the Spanish disease' in the Netherlands, 'the Polish disease' in Russia and 'the Christian disease' in Turkey

The word "chick" used as another name for woman, is derived from the spanish word "chiquita" which means little girl.

And one I've mentioned before but worth mentioning again...

The phrase "son of a gun" originates in the wild west times in America. Original meaning is bastard child. Because there was a spate of outlaws who r*ped prostitutes/etc at gunpoint, who ended up pregnant. Somehow, today, that phrase has turned into kind of a compliment. Like a go-getter.

Open your refrigerator door, and you summon forth more light than the total amount enjoyed by most households in the 18th century.
The world at night, for much of history, was a very dark place indeed.
