Stupid post.

I know a number of people (migrants/low income families) that don't have a computer nor know how to use their phone for the internet.

I often complete on line forms for them and it really annoys me that companies and government agencies (Centrelink) assume people have access to the internet and know how to navigate.

There is no doubt that this occurs.

Just wondering if the low income families are all people of colour?
