How sad that a Collingwood supporter is looking forward to an Essendon win. I know magpie supporters who would not believe this. When does Eddie propose that Collingwood might actually use it large penis that he feels we envy. Ours might be small, but it has had a ggod run lately and feels pretty good to us. Now before you go on about the 14 premierships, the last 4 have been 1936, 1953, 1958 and 1990. That's 65 years for 4. Kangaroos 4 have been in the last 25 years. I'll bet all the Collingwood supporters on this forum can only remember the last one. I've been to the G to see 4 Grand final wins. Wonder what sort of odds you could have got after the 1936 Grand final if you wanted to back North to win more Premierships that Collingwood before the end of the century. The Woods are a great Club - in the History Books!!! I go to the footy to enjoy Kangaroo wins and to the Books to catch up on the days when the magpies ruled.

Mate every premisership win is in the history books. One piece of history is no more relevant than any other piece. It is the sum total of your history that counts. And what is happening in the present.
Using your argument Pete, I can be selective to suit my own arguments and pick out 14 years where no one won any premierships other than Collingwood. I can pick out 38 years where Collingwood never missed a GF. Being selective as you are does not acheive anything. Lets look at the total history. NM habe 4 flags 14 wooden spoons. COllingwood have 14 flags 2 wooden spoons. Essendon have 15 flags and 4 wooden spoons. Carlton have 16 flags and 0 wooden spoons.
So now do you see where the orangetangs fit in whne you look at history?

I am not really trying to have a go at Collingwood, but North cops so much infantile abuse on the internet that it isn't funny. It's mostly that the Club will go out of existence and personal abuse of Carey. We all have teams that we like to see lose, but I would not get any pleasure to see Carlton or Essendon go under. By all means pay us out about our teams ordinary game against the Pies, and we'll cop it. Some of your players played above themselves and were rewarded and you all should be happy. If North don't survive I can't see how it would make life happier for a magpie supporter. Say what you like about Kevin Sheedy, but he is a great supporter of all the Tradional Melbourne Clubs.

We can let you enjoy your small moment, as a club that has been so dissappointing u need every victory u can to maintain your supposed status asa "power" club in the afl.
