Sometimes you find yourself unable to make up your mind on a specific issue. You've done a list of pros and cons and there is an equal number on each side. You've tossed a coin and it's landed on its edge. You rolled a dice and it vanished under the couch. You genuinely have no idea what to do and would value some input to get past the block.
THIS, ladies and gentlemen, is your thread.
But lets not have too narrow a focus; the gamut should also include decisions that need to be made by other people, and indeed those that were made by other people but could have been improved at the time by helpful suggestions.
I have no such dilemmas myself right now, so will kick proceedings off with an example.
Situation: You are driving down the road with a tandoori oven full of hot coals in the back of your car. It starts to billow smoke.
Pop Quiz: Do you a) put the AC on high, wind the windows down and pull over, or b) speed up, swerve in and out of traffic, and drive into a building?
