This would be all well and good if he held them accountable for their decisions and made them face the consequences if they got it wrong. That doesn't appear to be happening either.To be fair KT kinda tried to stop it from happening in the first place. Well he warned everyone that exactly this would happen, but if the coaching staff and playing group wanted it, he would back them in.
Not mad at him in the slightest. You cant have the CEO forcing leadership and on-field decisions on the coaches and playing group. That happened in the Primus era and proved to be a monumental fk up.
Let the coaches and players decide that side of things and blame them when it goes wrong.
