merger proposal was going good untill the news from Prospect Oval came out

then the other 7 clubs joint the bandwagon and we killed off Port Adelaide

It's going to be fun in rd 23 of the SANFL, North vs Port @ Alberton

they are so going to come out fired that we were the leaders in their end, hopefully north and neutral fans come to watch the death of Port

I didn't like The Port Magpies pre 1997, but I did respect them. Then the Power hijacked all that the Magpies had built I did feel a bit sorry for them.

I actually do feel a bit sorry for them today too, but hey...where we they when we were rattling our tins?

Power should have been the new separate identity from the get go. (Even though thats how most people see them anyway) Poor Maggies have died and as far as I'm concerned all the history has died with them. The wrong Port has gone!
