I really shouldn't be staggered - but the sheer volume of self-important rubbish pouring out of Alberton is just mind-boggling.
These guys are talking themselves up, talking themselves down, respecting the opposition, confident against the opposition, and churning out puff pieces to the media on virtually an hourly basis.
Just a taste of the cr*p they're serving up this week

And that's just what's been written since yesterday! Obviously it's grand final week - obviously there's going to be a lot of stories around but for christs sake, last week it was the pies, the week before the roos - when are they going to realise this mind game crap doesn't work on us?
Talk yourselves up boys, these 'mind games' sure worked for the Roos and the Pies...the real game begins on Saturday

Cornes says he feels as relaxed as it is possible to be about a premiership confrontation with the front-running Cats.
"It'll certainly be playing on their minds. When we were struggling to win finals it certainly played on your mind," Cornes said.

"We believe if we're with any team at half-time, we've got the legs to be really competitive and run over the top of them in the last half, so that's something we're really basing our game on," he said.
