Maybe I'm an old fashioned campaigner who wants to win every game, but trial match or not I `was' of the opinion that after yesterday's debacle many of the AFL listed players in the Maggie line up today would have wanted to perform well enough to give themselves a chance of selection for the Power in the Showdown, but going by the score line that definitely doesn't appear to be happening.
