Wingard stood up tonight. Absolutely brilliant performance by him and quite possibly, the most important game he's played at the club. And I don't say that lightly given how good he's been at times. Showed that he could be a dominant midfielder tonight, which I hadn't seen from him before. I always pictured him as a pinch-hitter in the middle but an 80% forward. Tonight he proved me wrong. His clearance work was outstanding and his eight tackles showed a side to him that I haven't seen before. Played like a leader.

Take a bow Chad. Best game I've seen him play.
