At this stage, I rather Berry play alongside seasoned and experienced AFL players under AFL coaching that can provide him direction even in game.

He's getting nothing trying to learn from the McEntees and Finlayson's and from what we know of Hartlett, the only thing he talks is "don't you want to play AFL?"

For me this all stems from our board with there everything is roses attitude.
They have destroyed well over a 100 years of tradition in a blink of an eye.

Williams destroyed his own AFL career by never elevating his fitness. He also played forward for his early years at Port, he failed, it was the switch back to defence that salvaged his career.
